Terms & Conditions

Plain-English terms for buying from Ben and Ben the NeeDoh Men. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They don't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Who we are

Ben and Ben the NeeDoh Men is an independent UK retailer of genuine Schylling NeeDoh, based in the Brighton area. It's run by the same two Bens as our sister shop, Ben & Ben The Card Men. You can reach us at hello@benandbenthecardmen.com, on 07568 474374, or via our contact page.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes that apply.
• Payment is taken securely through Stripe when you check out — we never see or store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Stock and colours

• Everything we sell is genuine Schylling NeeDoh (or clearly labelled as another brand where a listing says so).
• Where a squishy comes in more than one colour or style, use the dropdown on the listing to pick yours — we'll send the one you chose, subject to stock.
• Stock levels are kept as accurate as we can — occasionally an item sells in two places at once, and if that happens we'll offer you a refund or an alternative.
• Some of our stock comes from the US and is marked as such on the listing while it's on its way to us.

Safety

• NeeDoh products are toys — please follow the age guidance on the packaging, and supervise younger children.
• Squishies are not food, however delicious some of them look.
• If a squishy ever splits or starts to leak, stop using it and contact us — that's a fault and we'll replace or refund it.

Delivery

• We deliver within the UK. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.
• If your order hasn't arrived when expected, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.

Returns and refunds

• Faulty or damaged: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we'll put it right — replacement or full refund, including your postage.
• Changed your mind: you have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send the item back unused and in its original packaging. You'll need to cover the return postage unless the item was faulty.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or of the order being cancelled).

Pricing errors

Mistakes happen. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always let you know before we do.

Your data

We only use the details you give us to fulfil your order and, if you've joined the Squish Club, to send you the updates you signed up for. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not by us. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
